Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy standardizes the application conditions, processing procedures, time limits, and liability division for product returns and exchanges on our platform, aiming to protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of all customers while maintaining standardized and orderly after-sales service operations. This policy applies to all vase products purchased on our official store. By completing order payment and product purchase, customers agree to accept and abide by all return and exchange rules stipulated in this policy, and all after-sales processing will be carried out in strict accordance with the specified terms.
We provide a 30-day valid return and exchange window for all products, calculated from the date of customer receipt of the package. All products applying for return or exchange must meet uniform commodity conditions: the products are unused, unmodified, free of artificial damage, scratches, stains, and breakage, and complete with original official packaging, protective accessories, and attached labels. Products damaged by artificial collision, improper use, and private modification do not support free return and exchange. In addition, personalized customized vases and special clearance discount products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, which will be clearly marked on the corresponding product pages.
For return and exchange causes, we divide them into merchant liability and customer liability for differentiated processing. If the products have inherent quality problems, process defects, wrong delivery, missing accessories, or damage caused by packaging problems during transportation, which belong to merchant liability, we will bear the full return and exchange shipping fees and provide free replacement, full refund, or partial compensation services according to customer needs. Customers need to provide valid product defect pictures, video materials, and order information to initiate after-sales applications, and we will complete verification and processing within 3 working days.
If customers apply for return or exchange due to personal reasons including inappropriate style, inconsistent aesthetic preference, and improper size matching, the products must meet the intact return conditions. In this case, customers need to bear the round-trip shipping fees and related handling fees. After receiving and inspecting the returned products to confirm no damage, we will initiate the refund or exchange process within 5 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account. We strictly prohibit malicious return and exchange behaviors. We reserve the right to reject repeated abnormal after-sales applications and terminate service qualifications for users who violate the policy rules.
